If you choose less than 5 then a selection of popular favourites will be included for you. Regrettably fruit cake is not available as a sample choice. One box is provided on a complementary basis after securing your booking, further boxes can be purchased if required.

BRANDY SOAKED TRADITIONAL FRUIT CAKE COVERED IN MARZIPAN

All our cakes (with the exception of fruit cake) are coated in a layer of white chocolate ganache before we cover in fondant. Ganache is a decadent mix of melted Belgium chocolate and cream which not only tastes delicious but also enables us to achieve the sharp edges and flawless finishes that we are known for.

Please note that all our cakes are cooked in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, wheat and gluten and are therefore not suitable for those needing 'freefrom' cakes. For a full list of allergens please enquire before placing your order.
